Eligible properties:
— Only apartments in buildings no older than 1980
— Non-panel buildings
— Must be commissioned, have a full set of documents, and not be under lien
— Maximum appraised value: 100 million ₸
— You send photos of the apartment and documents via WhatsApp
— We perform a preliminary assessment (not a public offer)
— If the range is acceptable, an on-site evaluation is scheduled (paid service)
