1. General Provisions
1.1. This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) applies to all information that TETRIS Construction Group LLP (hereinafter – the Operator) may obtain about the User while using the website tsgroup.kz (hereinafter – the Site).
1.2. Use of the Site implies the User’s unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms of processing their personal data.
1.3. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Policy, they must stop using the Site.
2. Definitions
– Personal Data (PD) – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (the data subject).

5.3. The User’s PD may be transferred to authorized state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
6.1. The User has the right to:
– Know whether the Operator has their personal data;
– Withdraw consent for PD processing (the Operator may continue processing without consent in cases provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan);
– Request modification or deletion of their PD if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or not necessary for the declared processing purpose.
6.2. The Operator is obliged to:
– Use the obtained information exclusively for the purposes specified in this Policy;
– Ensure the confidentiality of information;
– Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of User PD according to generally accepted standards and in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7. Liability of the Parties
7.1. The Operator, having failed to fulfill its obligations, is liable for losses incurred by the User due to unlawful use of PD, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except in cases provided in clause 7.2.
7.2. The Operator is not liable for the loss or disclosure of Confidential Information if:
– It became publicly available before its loss or disclosure;
– It was received from a third party before the Operator obtained it;
– It was disclosed with the User’s consent.
